Motion experiments
Sometimes when I’m researching techniques, or when I’m a bit bored, I make these little experiments. Fun to post online and the project files have come in handy more than once when a client project has called for a specific effect I happened to have built previously.
Music videos
Lyric video -style music video for my band. Simple setup - 1 camera, red paper backdrop and lots of text animation and digital zooming around to keep things interesting.
Another music video – this time we had access to a large LED screen and a projector. Made for a relatively simple shoot: only light sources were the screen and the projector, which played some abstract motion graphics I’d made beforehand to sync with the song.
