The client needed a simple product explainer, and wanted a bit of approachability and humor mixed in. We landed on using characters (illustrated by Joni Rönkä) to wrap the explainer in a light story. With this approach I could create a hook & callback structure to keep the video interesting, yet without getting in the way of the core information about the product.
